Salvatore D’Agostino, IDmachines
Salvatore (Sal) D'Agostino is the founder and CEO of IDmachines, LLC, a
provider of technical automation and services to identity, credentialing,
access control, security, machine learning/analytics and technology transfer
customers.
During the last 30 years, D'Agostino's customer and project experience
includes EZPass and other electronic toll collection systems, as well as
numerous industrial control, supervisory control and data acquisition
(SCADA), and industrial automation applications. He also was involved with
the U.S. Capitol and Pentagon physical security systems, the Personal
Identity Verification (PIV) credential infrastructure for the federal
government as well as identity, credential and access control infrastructure
and applications for global enterprises and governments.
D'Agostino is active in the Kantara Initiative and is Secretary of its
Leadership Council and chairs the Identity Relationship Management Working
Group; he is also a member of their User Managed Access Working Group. He
also holds a number of leadership positions in other industry trade
organizations and standards activities involving identity, credentialing,
access control, the internet of things and physical security standards,
including the Security Industry Association and ASIS International. He is a
former President of IDESG, Inc.
